Preference Employment Solutions is currently looking for individuals with a banking or finance background to fill a customer service position. Taking applications for candidates today!
- Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00/hr.
- Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday – Friday
- Type of Position: Temp-to-Hire
- Responsible incoming customer and client communication via phone and email
- Collaborate with other team members to problem solve with clientele questions
- Perform support functions for IRA Owners
- Data entry and verification of all customer information
- Process distribution requests
- Take initiative to continuously develop skills and industry knowledge to enhance value
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
- Willingness to learn and ask questions
- Self-motivated to complete tasks
- Ability to manage multitask and juggle multiple projects
- Experience with Traditional and Roth IRA
- Confidentiality with customer information
- Banking or Finance background preferred
