Preference Employment Solutions is now recruiting for an Office Assistant for a company located in Valley City, ND.

  • Compensation: $14.00-$16.00/hr.
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday 9am-6pm (Flexible with hours)

Position Overview:

  • Making phone calls/answering phones
  • Qualify leads over the phone or texting
  • Follow up reviews with past clients and document them
  • Create basic company procedures
  • Data entry
  • Editing photo metadata and word documents
  • Keeping open communication and relaying information to all team members

Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:

  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable on the phone
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Willing to learn new skills and take initiative
  • Team-player and outgoing
