Type: Temp-to-Hire, Part-time
Schedule: 20-25 hours/week; Flexible hours; Monday –Thursday; Flexibility
- Answering phones to aid dispatchers
- Process invoices and accounts receivable both efficiently and accurately.
- Provide general office support, including such tasks as filing and photocopying.
- Coordinate mailings, with use of postage meter.
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
- Customer service background with good communication skills
- Detail-oriented problem solver
- Prior Office experience required.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel required.
