Type: Direct Hire, Full Time
Compensation: Starting at $75k, DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
- Partner with department managers/leaders to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy as it relates to current and future talent needs.
- Provide coaching to managers/supervisors and provide tools to work through various team member situations.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits to ensure the organization attracts and maintains top talent.
- Oversee team member corrective action meetings, investigations, and separations.
- Collaborate with human resources team on recruitment, talent placement, and the onboarding process.
- Continuously evaluate and look for ways to improve the team member experience.
- Coordinate off-boarding process for any departing team members.
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Human Resources or related field, with management experience
- PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
- Keen attention to detail
- Capable of exercising initiative and independent judgment
- Self-starter who operates with integrity and trust
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
