Preference Employment Solutions is searching for experienced customer support staff to work at the Service Desk at a local corporation. If you enjoy resolving the issues of everyone from employees to clients and customers, you are urged to apply!
Type: Temporary – 90 day contract
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7-4 or 8-5, with some flexibility
- Provide excellent customer support and log tickets.
- Aid employees, dealers, or customers in resolving issues.
- Troubleshoot basic IT problems.
- Assist with orders and warranty claims
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software; Salesforce experience a plus.
- In-person customer support or call center experience
- Must be able to handle a variety of different personalities.
- Interest in collaboration and working with a large team.
