Location: Bismarck, ND
Type: Direct Hire, Full Time
Compensation: Base + Commission

 

Position Overview:

  • Establish, support, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to potential customers through cold calling.
  • Resolve customer inquiries by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
  • Provide direction and information on Company products, applications, and related services within assigned territory.
  • Use CRM to keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports and weekly work plans.

Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent plus two years of college level coursework in business, sales and marketing, or related areas; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Must have at least three years of recent sales and marketing experience
  • General knowledge of product costing
  • Adept with MS Office suite
  • Must be able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication skills, whether verbal or written
  • Valid driver’s license
